Tenants

Our tenants enjoy living at Allegro Student Housing for several reasons. For one thing, it’s the sole student, purpose-built apartment in Cotati and Rohnert Park, fostering collegiate student life without having to worry about other demographics changing the feel of the community.

We offer a study room, game room and fitness room. The convenience of not having to set up utilities and cable/wifi in individual apartments makes our homes school-ready from day one. All amenities are set up by management, so students can focus on what really matters.

Our apartments include private bedrooms, with the benefit of living with other students in an apartment setting, while our on-site maintenance manager addresses issues quickly so that home really feels like home.
